Motivation from the Body

If you want motivation…

listen to your heart and the way it screams for things,

listen to your feet and the way they ache for a break,

listen to your legs and the way they beg for circulation,

listen to your arms and the way they beg to drop the burdens they have been carrying for so long,

listen to your hands and the way they want to be smooth as opposed to calloused and hard,

listen to your head and the way it wants to feel Mother Nature’s breathe.

Listening to the body is a pure motivator.

Listening to the brain can be pure, but be careful since motivations from the brain can come from motivators from when we were sick, a motivator that mislead us to pure love keeping us in a never ending cycle of toxicity. Listen to the body and you can never go wrong!

Look for a smile.

Not a fake smile but an authentic smile.

A living smile.

Did they give themself up?

Did they listen with their consciousness as opposed to their ears?

Did their body language resemble nature?

Were they in complete acceptance? Were they reacting as opposed to acting?

At the starting point there is acting and unconsciousness.

The finishing point is filled with beings who react. The ones who have surrendered themselves and offer the purest form of love. If you want to tell how far someone is along their journey, observe the way they receive love!

Disciplined without Love

A mind that is disciplined in every facet is worthless if love is not at the core of its intentions. Without love, we would fall to the never ending cycle of imaginations and stories our mind creates ultimately leaving us to where we were when we first started, attaining nothing, other than pieces of paper, which most believe should be the core of our intentions. Love is more than that. Love is now.
