Thoughts to Hold Onto is all about love. Love for yourself, love for others, love, love, love.

Our primary goal is to help you stay in love with yourself,  your body, your life,  your loved ones,  your planet, your food, and your entire world.

You’ll find posts, videos, essays, articles, books and poetry about fasting, spirituality, coaching, forgiveness, and self-love. In every post, you’ll discover a helpful thought to hold onto for a moment, a day, a week, or forever.

Give yourself some love! You deserve it!

Kevin Kaczmarski (“Kaz”)  is a former New York Mets professional baseball player who began writing poetry in the third grade, and continues writing thoughts to hold onto to this day. He’s a passionate advocate of fasting, music, dancing, loving and living.

“This life is beautiful, so are you. I want my posts to help people understand how bright they are as humans. This life is good, enjoy it!” – Kevin Kaczmarski

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
